1.  May 7th - Monthly HOA meeting

Parking Notice:

This is a reminder that parking parellel to the garages is NOT allowed for any length of time. The roads are considered fire lanes and parking parellel to the garages is a fire safety violation. The Pomona Fire Department has told the HOA that this  needs to stop immediately. In response to this request the towing company will increase their presence within the community to begin towing violators. Please be aware of this policy since it will be strictly enforced. Thank you for your assistance.

Improvements to Community Fire Alarm System

The community is upgrading our fire alarm systems. This change will not only provide us with improved monitoring but will save the community  approx. $3,050 a year (a $15,000 savings over the next 60 months). If you would like further details about this upgrade please attend the next HOA meeting. 

!!!Hot Topic!!!

The community has been made aware of reoccuring issues of homeless individuals trespassing onto the community's property. We need everyone's help to keep an eye out for these types of activities and notify the police department immediately. We are asking everyone to attend this upcoming HOA Board meeting for further information and to discuss plans on how to resolve this issue.
